This is Katie who runs her own beauty therapy massage business. Struggling with diet, PCOS, IBS and gallbladder issues, and trying other diets, Katie tried the Ketogenic diet. Since following the Keto diet in April 2020, she has since lost 4 stone, and dropped from a size 18 to a size 14!

1. Lots of research beforehand, you don’t need to pay for plans just spend time learning about the diet. Keep it simple with meals until you learn more about net carbs.

- sometimes after starting a keto diet, you may experience the keto flu due to the withdrawal from carbs. Because your body burns the glucose for energy, the body need's to change the fat-burning process when beginning a keto diet.
